Supply of NHS Lateral Flow Test Kits for vulnerable patients. Test kits are no longer available via GOV.UK or via NHS 119 for eligible patients. Our pharmacies are now able to supply eligible patients with COVID-19 Lateral Flow Device (LFD) test kits via this new Community Pharmacy service. The eligibility criteria has also changed recently and the following groups are now also able to receive free test kits: - People aged 85 years and over; - People with end-stage heart failure who have a long-term ventricular assistance device; - People on the organ transplant waiting list; - People aged 70 years and over, or who have a BMI of 35 kg/m2 or more, diabetes or heart failure, and - Are resident in a care home; or Are already hospitalised.
